Birth Doula Support

Complete Birth Doula Support – £1,550

A calm, continuous, and personalised level of support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early days with your baby, designed for parents who want to feel informed, confident, and deeply supported.

Includes:

  • Free initial consultation (in person or via Zoom) to explore your wishes and see if we’re the right fit.

  • Full Digital Hypnobirthing Course: comprehensive preparation for birth and beyond.

  • Two antenatal sessions (2 hours each), tailored to you: birth planning, hypnobirthing practice, partner support, comfort measures, practical preparation, or anything you need.

  • Continuous text, call, and email support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call 24/7 from 10 days before your estimated due date until the end of your 42nd week.

  • Continuous emotional and practical support throughout your labour and birth.

  • One postnatal visit (2 hours) to debrief your birth, support feeding and baby care, and gently check in on your recovery.

  • A copy of my book The Little Book of Positive Birth Stories.

Additional support

  • Extra antenatal or postnatal hours available at £40 per hour.

  • Payment plans available.

  • Mileage charged at 45p per mile for journeys beyond 25 miles from my base (SS1).
