Essential Birth Doula Support – £1,400

Your essential support package for birth, giving you confidence and reassurance every step of the way.

Includes:

  • Free initial consultation to discuss your wishes and how I can support you

  • Essentials Hypnobirthing Course (£49.50) — gentle guidance for birth preparation

  • 1 antenatal session (2 hrs), tailored to your needs: birth planning, hypnobirthing practice, or practical prep

  • A copy of my book The Little Book of Positive Birth Stories (£16.99)

  • Continuous text/call/email support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call 24/7 from 10 days before your EDD until the end of your 42nd week

  • Attendance and support during your birth

  • 1 postnatal visit (2 hrs) to debrief, discuss feeding, baby care, or just offer support

  • Additional antenatal/postnatal hours at £40/hr

  • Payment plans available

  • Mileage charged at 45p/mile for journeys beyond 25 miles from my base (SS1)​

Complete Birth Doula Support – £1,800

My premium, all-inclusive package for parents who want full support, flexibility, and peace of mind from pregnancy through the early weeks.

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Full Digital Hypnobirthing Course (£119) — comprehensive guidance for birth and beyond (from 2026)

  • 2 antenatal sessions (2 hrs each), fully bespoke to you: birth planning, hypnobirthing practice, partner support, comfort measures, practical prep, and anything else you need

  • 2 postnatal visits (2 hrs each) — extra time to reflect on your birth, gain feeding/baby care support, and get reassurance in the early weeks

  • A copy of my book The Little Book of Positive Birth Stories (£16.99)

  • Extended text/call/email support — more personalised attention and guidance for your peace of mind
