The postnatal period is often one that is neglected as we plan for the birth, but it is a vitally important time and one which can be challenging to navigate for new parents.

My postnatal doula support includes:

• A free initial consultation giving you the chance to get to know me a little and discuss how I can best support you during your postnatal period

• 1 hour postnatal planning session on Zoom

• Postnatal support arranged in a way that suits you (minimum of 2 hours per visit)

• Support can include helping around the house, holding baby while you nap, preparing light meals ( you supply the food and equipment), help with baby feeding, accompanying you on walks for some fresh air, a listening ear for anything that is on your mind and more

• Additional postnatal sessions available at £35 per hour (minimum 2 hour visit)

• Visits to be scheduled for when suits you, daily, weekly or monthly.

• Payment plans available please ask!

• *Additional mileage will be charged at 45p/mile for distances over 10 miles of my base (SS1)
